Nightmare levels are small side levels within each of the 9 main story levels. They are reminiscent of the original Wolfenstein 3D released for PC in 1992. Your goal in each of the 9 levels is to make your way to the elevator and leave the level. However, you can easily get lost and confused along the way as there are numerous doors and rooms in which you must pass through. You will also need to find keys for locked doors on levels as well. Each level only takes a few minutes to complete if you know where to go, and all enemies are very quick and easy to complete.

In order to start each nightmare level in each of the main missions of the game, you must find progress to a certain bed and press [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to go to sleep. This will start the nightmare level, and once complete it, you will return to the bed location and the respective trophy for completing that level will unlock.
