The Division has 293 Collectibles Field Data Intel. There are 24 Survival Guides, 130 Phone Recordings, 40 Incident Reports, 16 Crashed Drones, 20 Missing Agents and 63 Echo. They will appear on your map if you get really close to there location or you can get all of them in a single zone to appear if you have the Intel Discovery Perk and complete all side missions and encounters in each zone. You get the Intel Discovery perk by purchasing the Canine Unit upgrade for the Security Wing. You will earn the following trophies for all the intel

Extract 16 aerial photos from crashed drones.

Recover 24 Survival Handbook pages.
