Today I will teach you how to mod your Halo: Spartan Assault EXP for Windows 8. Once you mod your EXP you could transfer your stats on over to the Xbox One or Xbox 360 Editions and you will still have your Modded EXP which will make it easy to obtain the achievements.

First you will need to go and download a program called "Cheat Engine" - Search it up on Google then it should be the first result and give it a download.

Open up your Halo: Spartan Assault App on Windows 8, then open up Cheat Engine. In the top left corner there will be a tiny computer, click that and an additional box will appear, you will need to find Game.exe - That's Halo: Spartan Assault.

Now once you do that take a look at your current EXP amount, you could do so by clicking on a mission then right before you start a game you could view your amount.

Once you know what your current amount of EXP is you will have to enter it in Cheat Engine.

So as the value put your EXP amount then click on First Scan above that.


You will get multiple results to the left of the screen, the lower the results the better. So in order to get fewer results you will need to play a quick match. So start a quick match (mission A-1 is the easiest) and now when you finish the game take another look at your EXP, enter that new amount into the value box in Cheat Engine then click on Next Scan.

You should now be left with only a couple of results now, if not that's okay. Just continue you on with the guide.

Highlight the results that you have and drag them down to the lower part of Cheat Engine.


After dragging it down double-click "value" and when the tiny box appears you could enter how much EXP you want. Remember to edit both the values if you have multiple results. Then click on OK.

ALL DONE! - You've successfully modded your Halo: Spartan Assault EXP. Once you restart the game you will notice your new EXP amount. Either do that or simply click on the Back button and go forward again and you will be able to see.

*Remember - Your Stats transfer to Xbox 360 and Xbox One so you will be able to keep your EXP on those consoles!
