After the first gun run with the AC-130, you will be back playing the fireteam. Go through the hotel where Sandman is pinned down with Volk and take out the emplaced machinegun position with the M27. When you drop down from the hotel balcony, there is a greenhouse to your left. The laptop is in the greenhouse, at the end of some interior stairs.

As you approach the LZ with Volk, you will encounter a bus hanging over a sinkhole (or bomb crater). Enter the front door of the bus and check out the interior. The laptop is in this motor-coach.
