At the compound's docks where you start the mission, find a multi-story blue building next to the wharf. This building is not Waraabe's target building; the building also has a water tank and two satellite dishes on its roof. Go inside this described building and explore the top floor. The laptop is on a desk along the west side of the interior (for compass directions, consult your HUD).

This laptop is in Waraabe's room, after you breach into it. While Price goes on with his endless prattle, check the tables on the sides of the room for this laptop. Try and get this laptop before Price wraps up business with Waraabe, as the room becomes inhospitable afterward.

This laptop is tricky. While you can try and get this intel during the timer, it's far easier to "reach" the landing zone (the construction yard) and stop the timer before you backtrack and explore without a time constraint. From where you stop the timer (the entrance of the construction yard - you should not be in the yard itself but looking at it past the entrance gate), turn 90 degrees left and enter the small gatehouse with the color TV. The laptop is inside there.
