The Pick/Axe is a tool that can be used as both a Pickaxe and an Axe. It has as much durability as the Luxury Axe and Opulent Pickaxe, depending on its usage. It also works 33% better than its standard one-function counterparts. It's advised to use the golden axe and pickaxe up to their lowest percentage before making the Pick/Axe to get the most out of your tools.

A Small Evergreen will take 4 chops instead of 5.
A Medium Evergreen will take 8 chops instead of 10.
A Large Evergreen will take 12 chops instead of 15.
The same conditions also apply to mining, demolishing standard boulders in 5 hits instead of 6.

It should be noted that the amount of uses necessary on most smaller items will look equivalent to a 20% buff instead of 33% - this is because the game rounds down percentages instead of rounding up on calculations regarding durability. Conversely, the game will round up when calculating the amount of hits an object takes to destroy. Simple example: a tree takes 6 hits to fell with a standard axe, and the Pick/Axe gives a 33% buff; then: 6(normal hits) * 0.67(amount of hit reduction) = 4.02 buffed hits required. Because of the .02 overage, it will take one more full hit to fell the tree.

Despite being made from gold tools, the head of the tool has a darker, steel look.
