Warranty Seals

There are two warranty seals on the PlayStation4, and they are located on the back-middle of the console. Both of these seals must remain intact for the warranty to remain valid.

If the warranty seals are removed or tampered with, the warranty for the console is void.This article provides additional information on the requirements for warranty service.

While a warranty seal that is missing or tampered with voids the console's warranty, you may still be able to receive service for a fee.
