Shortly after using the elevator in the beginning of the mission you will come to "Lab 01". In the middle of the room is a circular structure - that's the incinerator. Lure an enemy into the incinerator by shooting him, or bump into him while using the Ghost Van-Guard. There are two green buttons on the wall of the incinerator. Activate one of them to burn the enemy.
