Q-35 Matter Modulator Location

This weapon can be found towards the east of the map at the REPCONN headquarters location. Enter the building and walk around till you find the stairs that take you upstairs. Explore the second floor till you find a door to the REPCONN offices which is locked with a hard lock requiring a lockpick skill of 75 to unlock it. Walk into the room and down through the hole in the floor to the bottom floor. The weapon will be in the corner of the room, floating in a strange orange machine. On a side note, there is also another way to access the room from the bottom floor which required a lockpick skill of 100. The Q-35 Matter Modulator is a variation of the plasma rifle and although it is weaker than the average plasma rifle, it can shoot nearly twice as quickly making it much more efficient.
