Infinite Warfare Trailer now one of the most disliked YouTube Videos

The logical thing to do when you don't like something is to ignore it. Then again, no one ever accused the general public of being logical either, so it's no surprise that the reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare that launched Monday currently holds almost 229,000 dislikes vs 162,000 likes.

The video has garnered over 5 million views in just over 24 hours, so it's not a stretch to say that there are a fair number of people flocking to the video just to bash it. However, when compared to last year's Call of Duty: Black Ops III Reveal Trailer, the number of likes to dislikes is significantly more positive (392K Likes to 78K Dislikes), so there also might be a legitimate negative reaction among fans about the direction the game is going.

Criticism about the trailer sure hasn't been in short supply either as Developers from Call of Duty's closest competitor, Battlefield expressed their own playful jabs at Infinite Warfare's expense. This latest iteration of the long running annual series is certainly taking itself in a new direction, as the game will have legit space dogfighting scenarios as well as non-linear side missions.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will launch on current gen platforms only, PS4, Xbox One and PC, on November 4th 2016.

it's also worth keeping in mind that many of the likes may be due to the remastered Modern Warfare also shown in the trailer so the number could be worse.

They know it's shit why do you think you can ONLY get it if you buy the legacy edition. Forcing people to buy a space turd to get the good call of duty. Work hard? they hardly even try, they do not listen to what people want. By bundling it with CoD4 remaster they are fluffing up the sale numbers to show investors how "well" it's selling. I'm not going to bitch if I get 45 bucks for a piece of garbage.

I remember when people complained that call of duty was the same game every year.. Now that they are making cod all futuristic (changing it completely) they are getting so much hate... I personally haven't played any cod games since BO2... but i mean c'mon.. You can't satisfy anyone.

Not surprise by this. It looks boring and the exact same as BO3. Not only that but there most likely won't be any improvements on graphics or gameplay. They should have just released a full remaster of CoD 4 instead.

I'm happy this legacy is coming to an end. Hope this is a start of a wild fire that will wipe cod out of the picture. I'm more interested to see what DICE has to offer now.
