Xbox One Preview members can play Halo Wars today

Major Nelson tweeted out the announcement earlier today.

If you’re an Xbox One Preview member, you’ll be able to give Halo Wars a whirl later today thanks to the backwards compatibility feature. You can find it under the ‘ready to install’ menu.

A few more backwards compatible tiles were released for Xbox One yesterday, including Alan Wake, and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

Other upcoming games for this feature include BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite – although if rumours are to be believed, we can expect to see the BioShock Collection for Xbox One, PS4, and PC soon.

Halo Wars still isn't up for me :( I have Halo Reach in my ready to install but not this one. Actually sad right now.

Actually just went back the Master Chief Collection for some achievements. Will be doing the same later on Halo Wars. So much Halo!!!

CnC Kanes Wrath is my all time favorite, wish they brought that to xb1.

I remember someone posting a video last month on how to find Red Dead Redemption, do the same thing it shows in that video and the guy should have Halo Wars up there as well, and then just pin it to your dashboard and you should be good from there.
