Xbox head says he is 'very sorry' for the continued Xbox Live issues

As the Xbox platform continues to struggle in some areas the head of Xbox Phil Spencer has tweeted out mentioning he is “Sorry for the current issues” the platform is facing. Most issues are related to Digital purchasing and accessing any previous digital purchases.

In addition Major Nelson and Aceybongos have also been active on twitter as it appears the Xbox executives and marketing teams are attempting to be more open and stem the damage this latest outage is having with the platform. In fact its the 8th time theres been a failure in 8 weeks. Perhaps the PSN isn’t as bad as we all imagined.

My console wouldn't connect to Xbox Live yet I could still watch Netflix and Twitch for like 3 days. Couldn't play any games on disc or digital.. Definitely should compensate people for this. Its been broke for a while now tbh

Teravainen Been having trouble almost every day for the past few weeks that I've been online. They should do something like compensate everyone's Xbox LIVE account with $1 or $2 Xbox Currency.


That would be nice, but i can't see that happening any time soon.

I only had issues with my games for a couple hours and it was fixed, I know of some other minor stuff going on but not big deal

Almost all of my Xbox One games are digitally downloaded and I haven't had any issues with them. It was nice of him to address the issues though.
