The built-in Profile Switch lets you swap between controller profiles on the fly. The Xbox Accessories App is where where you’ll to customize the button-mapping to your liking and even set them specially for different games. It seems robust enough for hardcore XB1 users who want total control over their um, controllers.
The Xbox Elite Controller hits store shelves on October 27 and comes with a carrying case, a set of 4 paddles, a set of 6 thumbsticks, a set of 2 D-pads: faceted and standard, a USB cable, and a pair of AA batteries.
