Need for Speed Closed Beta Invites Are Being Sent Out

Need for Speed closed beta sign-ups closed on September 25, and now invites are being sent out.

However, there is one problem, some people were unfortunate enough to receive a different platform code than the one they originally signed up for, like an Xbox One code instead of PS4 and vice versa. EA, the game’s publisher, is aware of the problem and is fixing it in the next batch of invites. Since this is a closed beta, you can’t share any captured footage.

Considering the small duration of the closed beta, this problem should be solved as quickly as possible. Need for Speed launches on November 3 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Got mine yesterday. I like it so far, but there are a few problems for me at least. I don't like how there isn't any cockpit view or manual transmission. Which I guess is fine since this is NFS not Forza or GT. The real bummer is that you only have five slots in your garage.

Swift I got my invite yesterday. The beta download is 17.5GB in size.

i did not know betas got that big. with my time before my xbox 1 i never tried any betas, so is that a normal size?

Its really large, most betas are normally around 8-10 gigs in size.

TTGZOMBIFIED The beta is UNPLAYABLE. i have it and have been trying to finish the intro for the past 3 hours and all it does is connection lost. Every single time. Its happening to many so legit they gave us 17.5gb of the game to only be able to play 1gb worth of it. SMH

It's a BETA.... The whole point of betas are for the company's to find these bugs in the game. Not for you to be complaining that you can't play it. You didn't even pay for it so why are you complaining?

Mercedes_Benz Got my code and this game is abosolutly garbage not getting it

From my time with the game i actually enjoyed it, Besides NFSU its possibly the best in the series, the customisation of the cars, the different vaerity of cars that will be available end game and the overall game its self so far i find pretty decent and better than other Competitors like the Crew.
