The second new Street Fighter 5 character was revealed during Games15 in Dubai, and he’s called Rashid. He can control the wind, apparently.

The game’s director Yoshinori Ono announced the fighter, which along with Necalli are the two newcomers in the fighting game. There will be four new characters in all, with rumors suggesting the final two are Zen from India and Brazilian fighter Laura.

There’s off screen shaky cam footagetaken of the fighter at the event. Information on Rashid and the footage was posted by NeoGAF user Neoxon.

Street Fighter 5 is slated for release on PC and PS4 in March 2016 with cross-platform play.
