Fallout 4 will have a Season Pass, first DLC early next year

Fallout 4 will receive regular updates along with a Season Pass, and Bethesda confirmed today mods will be made available on PS4.

The Season Pass will contain all Fallout 4 DLC for $30 with the first batch coming early next year.

“Based on what we did for Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Skyrim, we know that it will be worth at least $40, and if we do more, you’ll get it all with the Season Pass,” said Bethesda.

Regular, free updates to the game will be released, and like Skyrim, these will come with “not just fixes, but new features.”

Bethesda said it will work with fans to “figure out what new things” they would like to see added to the game.

The new Creation Kit will be released early next year for all the modders out there, and as promised at E3 2015, the mods will be made available on Xbox One, and today, it was confirmed PS4 would receive the mods as well.

Fallout 4 releases on November 10.

I like the idea of season passes. Usually get them with every COD i buy.

Nice to see other games doing it now.

ME0W It sucks that pretty much every game that comes out has to have a season pass attached to it. Most games end up being close to a hundred dollars instead of sixty just to get the full game.

$100 for the full game, or wait until the game of the year edition releases two years later :p
Unless you own a pc, then you could get steam keys slightly cheaper.

You don't have to buy a season pass and most companies offer one because if you plan on buying the dlc it would be cheaper to get the pass than the dlc
