EA Sports promised to bring some of the desired changes to Career Mode in the upcoming FIFA 16, and it looks like they did.

The video showcases the new additions to both, Player and Manager Career Modes. It shows how the training sessions and summer tournaments will affect your career, and how you can use them to your own advantage to grow young prodigies.

FIFA 16 launches for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC, on September 22 in North America and on September 24 in Europe. Check out the changes EA Sports brought into Career Mode below:
