According to an interview with a Bethesda representative in Official Xbox Magazine , as reported by Gamepur, in Fallout 4 you level up not only your character, but each individual perk they possess. Leveling up all your perks would mean climbing up 275 seperate XP levels, which would be a tremendously difficult and lengthy task, so you’ll probably need to pick what you’re going to favour and then stick with those.
This means that Fallout 4’s options for leveling up will be greatly expanded beyond previous games in the series. The game is due for release on November 10 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
Interesting, so how many levels does each perk do? I would imagine with perks that do a % would only allow up to 100%. I wonder if that means perks like chance to crit with pistol allows players to get 100% chance to crit :O even if that means getting to level 100 on your characters level lol
If there's this many levels, there better be a new game plus mode because I doubt there will be enough side missions to get to this level when finishing the game.
