Work continues on Xbox One’s Crackdown, but E3 showing up in the air

Crackdown is trucking along, but is it going to miss E3 2015?

Crackdown 3, or the Crackdown reboot as Microsoft is referring to it, is making great progress, according to Xbox boss Phil Spencer.

Spencer was asked by a fan on Twitter whether or not the game will be on show at Microsoft’s E3 2015 press conference, which takes place Monday, June 15.

“Sorry, not announcing what games are where right now,” was his reply.

We don’t know much about the game. We’ve only seen a CGI trailer, and we know that Dave Jones, developer of the original, is on board.

Played Crackdown before, wasn't the biggest fan of the game. Hopefully this one will be good.

Yeah it's a hate it or love it kind of game. I personally love the series and I hope this new game gets more people involved in the series.

Me to can't wait for it to come out

I've always been a fan of Crackdown and I'm excited for this game but I don't like the idea of a reboot, I feel that will pull away from what I know from previous games or abandon the style the campaign had in the previous 2 games

I enjoyed Crackdown 1 and 2 on the Xbox 360. I hope that Crackdown 3 is like the others.
