Grand Theft Auto V Mod Adds Just Cause 2 Grappling Hook - Video

4.5
One Grand Theft Auto V player took it upon himself to fix one of Rockstar's sprawling action-adventure video game's most glaring omissions: being able to cause all sorts of mayhem with a grappling hook.

Now, you can finally tether a train to a truck and see what happens, or just run around town, swinging from building to building just like Spider-Man.

The new mod introduces the grappling hook to Los Santos, offering players a newfound sense of mobility, and affording them the opportunity to experience some of Just Cause 2 protagonist Rico Rodriguez's antics.

As you can see in the gameplay video below, there's a wealth of opportunity that the existence of Just Cause's signature tools opens up, as it makes it easy to attach yourself to vehicles, and vehicles to other vehicles and set pieces.

The game was released barely a month ago on PC, and enthusiastic gamers are already trying to explore more creative ways to enjoy it. Unfortunately, modding also comes at a price, as some people have been banned from Grand Theft Auto Online due to their use of mods in single-player sessions.
