Xbox One May System Update Gets Closer to Release

4.6
A new version of May’s Xbox One system software update has been released to preview members, and looks like this time around the public could get their hands on it earlier in the month.

Below you can see the patch notes directly from the private preview forums.

DETAILS

OS version released: xb_rel_1505.150426-2200
Available: 6:00PM PT 4/29 (2AM GMT 30/4)

FIXES

No user facing fixes – all changes are under the hood as we get closer to release.
As you can see, there are no visible user facing fixes, but just internal changes as the update “gets closer to release.” Normally, when this kind of update is rolled out to preview members, it means that most of the work is done, and the update is going to roll out to the public audience soon.

The May system software update includes interesting features like the Wireless Display app that lets you stream games from Android and Windows Mobile phones and Windows 8.1/10 PCs, the ability to power on and off the console from the SmartGlass app, updates to voice messaging and more.

Very happy with these consistent updates from MS.
Much better than the update frequency and quality from Xbox 360.

You commented that? I guess its your opinion but it's quite dumb. Anyways, updates are great. I got the preview update today but it really doesn't change that much more tbh
