Sony sold over 20 million PlayStation 4s

People really like the PlayStation 4. How many, though? Over 20 million. As of March 1st, Sony says that it's sold through (not shipped, sold) 20.2 million of its latest console. It's going to be hard to judge just how far Sony's ahead of chief rival Microsoft and the Xbox One, however, until the latter releases numbers of it own. And, with a dearth of killer exclusive games, it's going to be interesting to see how long Sony can maintain this lead.

The fact that I never have to download a game, but just install it. Makes me glad I got an Xbox One over a PS4.

I have an Xbox One, so I'm not trying to insult MS. However, the Xbox One's voice chat on either game or party, is pretty much broken. Also, the UI is terrible and hard to navigate. A lot of Youtubers have voiced their opinions on these key issues, in which it may be the cause of high sales for PS4.

Sony are doing good with the ps4 but Microsoft will always have the better games for the xbox one and sooner or later they will take over with sales it's all a matter of time in my opinion.

Lets calculate the amount of PC parts bought and see how much that adds up too.


A lot more that 20Mill.. Tell you that now, haha. PC is the master Gaming race. Were ahead of any console by quite a few gens already and we update every year or so while a console takes about 10. Though Valve is coming out with a new console..Should be good, but it's basically a laptop as it's for PC gaming, lol.

Not too many, most traded in eighth gen console is the Xbox One.
