PS4 multiplayer is free this weekend in EU

Multiplayer privilages, which are usually reserved for PlayStation Plus subscribers only on PS4, will be unlocked for everyone on PS4 from this Friday, February 13 until February 15.

During this time, anyone with PlayStation Network account will be able to play online multiplayer modes in their games without the need to sign up for PS Plus.

The firm released a trailer to tease the promo weekend:

Nice of PS to do this, hopefully they can do it more often as I don't actually remember them ever doing it before. I could be wrong though.

Nice to see that they are giving users a break this weekend. But, what about users that bought subscriptions already? Are the free days going to affect them or not? I don't feel that it should count against them since it is supposed to be free for all...
