New games added to PlayStation Now

Sony Computer Entertainment America has added five new titles to PlayStation Now's subscription library.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, God of War II HD, Red Faction: Armageddon, Galaga Legions DX and Arcana Heart 3 have joined the game streaming service, taking the total number of titles members can play to 109.

PlayStation Now launched on PS4 in the US in mid-January with two subscription offerings. Users can sign up to a monthly payment plan of $19.99 or a three-month plan for $44.99.

More PS3 games will be added to PlayStation Now on a monthly basis, while the introduction of PSone and PS2 titles is also part of Sony's vision for the service.

PlayStation Now is scheduled to launch in Europe later this year, when the service will debut in the UK.

I still think that $44.99 for 3 months is absolutely ridiculous! Almost $200 a year!

You're insane, the server costs need to be covered, and if they only charged $30 a year, they would never make money from it, it's a perfectly reasonable price, I mean if you'd rent these games from a store, you'd pay a lot more than $20 month for 109 game rentals.

I think people just assume that games cost pennies to make or something. Exactly what you said, if I tried renting out 109 games, it would cost me 500 pounds at the very least! You can choose exactly when you want to play, and which game you want to play.

This is like saying if you subscribe, you own every single game on their list. Which is effectively true. So tell me how on God's green earth that $44.99 for 109 games is a rip off!?

If it's always games like that then I don't think its a good subscription to buy although there are a lot more games (109) so I can't really judge if its good or not to get because I don't know the other games, Sounds like a very interesting service though!
