The team owns overall security implementation for Xbox platform including core hardware/firmware security and software. While delivering groundbreaking features central to Microsoft strategy, you will interface with a broad array of teams looking to leverage your work to enhance the Xbox experience.

Craigyy Bout time they did something... But they should have thought about this years ago...


Been waiting for this too long, I suppose it's good for next gen like xbox one because it's a new console so getting better security for it now will be helpful long term

But looking back to old gen like 360 it was hacked too easily just like PS3

Let's hope their security is tightened to it's maximum effect once they recurit someone skilled enough

What disgusts me is microsoft are a multi-million dollar company & they deal with a huge amount of credit cards etc, why dont they spend some of the money on security those greedy people. ergghh yuck

Their security should have always been better than the abilities of hackers. I mean they are dealing with millions of credit cards and paypal accounts

Sony wont do this cause they suck period


Sony can't just get rid of hackers. They're an easy target because they're multiple branches of Sony, each with it's only security.
