GTA 5: Leaked video shows first-person gameplay in action

It’s terrible quality, but this video shows the first-person mode of GTA 5 on PS4 in action.

According to the GTA Forums, someone streamed gameplay of the PS4 version of Grand Theft Auto V on Twitch last night, but it was quickly hit by Take-Two.

Since then, various versions of the gameplay have been taken off Youtube, so we’re not sure how long this will stay up.

The footage shows a store robbery and a getaway, including a quick look at the interior of a car. Like we said, the stream is awful quality, but you get a good idea of first-person mode. Watch it now.

The-Professor Looks really fun but the driving is probably going to be the hardest part .


Agreed, I hope they touched up a little on the physics in that area.

ModerzFM I personally don't think it's so game changing. I mean, it doesn't look that good. Yeah it's cool and yeah I think some aspects of the game will look better when in first person- however I feel it doesn't add anything significant into the game.

I also don't think it should be an update that comes out with the new consoles, I think it should have been a part of GTA V release for the 360/PS3 from the start. After all, its the least they could have done with all the wrongs they've did.

I for one, won't be getting GTA V for the new consoles. I also won't be going back on when heists come out (if they come out...), Rockstar have did a good job for me, not to waste any more time on this game. Maybe for the PC, but I don't see that being any better, anytime soon.


There is a whole load of new features on next gen not just first person mode.
And why would they focus on last gen when there job now is to impress current gen?

1. It's not supposed to be "game changing" it's just a different way to play GTA V.

2. It probably was thought of but when you look at the limitations of last gen do you honestly think first person was feasible?

3. Good don't buy it the game will be 10x more fun than the last gen versions.

if you have a jtag you can play first person using one of the mod menus. I played it first person and jheeze it is amazing haha! driving is really hard though.

no. Just no. You obviously haven't seen the graphics or heard anything about GTA V on current gen. They've added a lot to the current gen versions. And how isn't it game changing? It's a completely new way to play a game that has always been 3rd person. That's like saying it wouldn't be game changing if Gears of War was made in 1st person...
