GTA Online Heists coming to all platforms “soon” says Rockstar

The long awaited, often delayed Heist missions are coming to GTA Online “soon” according to Rockstar Games.

The tiny quote comes from IGN’s latest look at the online portion of the game, and gives some hope to those worried that the highly-anticipated multiplayer missions had gone completely AWOL.

Rockstar had originally promised Heists this spring, but it has since delayed any updates for more development time.

Since then there have been multiple leaks and rumours regarding Heist missions and payouts for players, but no rock-solid details from the developer.

Now as the launch of GTA 5 on PS4, Xbox One and PC looms, the question had been whether Heists will be available to everyone – including those with the last-gen versions of the game – or whether they would be limited to the new-gen systems.

The latest from IGN suggests that all consoles will be getting the promised update.

Lack of heists isnt even what turned me off the game, what did is the lack of innovation (done everything game has to offer), and easily the modders. They might think its fun, but really, they're a**holes in GTA.

I laughed haha, but dang if it came out tomorrow it would still be to late for me :. Heists was a determining factor for a lot of people when purchasing this game and they still havn't got it in yet..

Hopefully they actually have a decent payout, I'm sick of having to grind missions over and over just to have fun with my friends...

I think they delayed the GTA 5 heists to wait for GTA 5 to be on current-gen consoles.

You're probably right. It's kinda Rockstar's thing to hype people up and let them down.

Lol who even cares about heists anymore? The payout for them would probably be ass anyway. You can grind missions on hard and get over 300k/hr. It's not hard.

Honestly I have no idea why people are making a big deal over heist.. like you will play gta v for a whole week straight, complete all the heist then complain about how there weren't enough heist missions.

We really need a new dlc to a new city
