4.6
Footage from the zombies level in CoD Advanced Warfare has appeared.

Its been long rumoured that Call of Duty Advanced Warfare would have Zombies in some form after a photo of an achievement leaked early last month.

Its been said that after the cutscene the game returns you to the survival menu with a congratulations message.

Advanced Warfare’s Day Zero Edition launches this November 3 along with a full 24 hours of double XP and a couple of bonus weapons. If you missed it, be sure to catch some actual in-game gameplay of Advanced Warfare’s Atlas Gorge map in the new Season Pass trailer.

Engram disappointed that it was just a bonus wave, but on the bright side its included in the dlc

Seems kind of cheap though, they should have stuck what they always do and include 2-3 maps and a whole Zombies gamemode and then release more maps as DLC, not release zombies itself as dlc...

The entire footage makes zombies look truly stupid.

Zombies is what half the call of duty community wants! if Treyarch went off to make a game all about zombies i would deffo buy it!

Honestly think they would have been better off leaving it for treyarch, this zombies doesn't look the best to be quite honest.

This looks a lot worse then Treyarch zombies. It's good that they put it in there but it looks to short to me.

This looks faster paced, looking forward to it.

I've been playing Call of Duty for over ten years and although I am not a fan, I will continue to buy their games every year despite the major flaws. There are only four things I enjoy in CoD: zombies, gamebattles, sniping, and pubstomping. I'm great at zombies and have spent hours running zombie trains on several maps like Call of the Dead, Kino and Five. Here are my initial thoughts on this gameplay.

It is different for Call of Duty zombies but it appears to be derived off Left 4 Dead. Instead of "survive for as many rounds as you can," like it usually is for Treyarch made CoD games, it seems like its more like, "survive all the way to this checkpoint at the end of the map and escape/find shelter," exactly like L4D. I love L4D more than CoD and imitation is the best form of flattery, so hopefully they don't **** it up. It still seems possible to run zombie trains which could be fun but hopefully they add in special zombies like L4D has in terms of "ranged zombie, exploding suicidal zombie, pouncing zombie, and final boss/broly/beast/hulk zombie." If they're going to copy off Valve, they better do it right.

Honestly not sure about getting it, the zombies look like something of a 2005 game.. Doesn't look like past CoD Zombies which was expected but dissapointing

MystArtists I don't get it. I have AW, and have no idea how to get onto 'Zombies' mode. Do you need to complete the campaign to get it? Because all I have is 'Campaign' 'Multiplayer' and 'Exo-Survival'. But I've played the exo survival and it's exactly like Survival in MW3. And the 'special round' is just an Atlas? So I don't know how to get onto zombies?

You have to unlock the riot map. Its the last one which requires 100 round thing... Also the zombies only appear after round 10 of the map and it ends if you miss the extraction or go to the extraction, so this means it will be the most worthless thing ever if your just getting it for zombies that is.
