The popular 2009 game, Dragon Age: Origins, is free to download on PC starting today and lasting until October 14th.

You will need EA's game client, Origin, to download the game but other than that there is no strings attached.

The third installment of the Dragon Age series, Inquisition, is set to release on November 18th so you'll have a little more than a month to play Origins if you haven't played it already.

Every decision that you have made when playing the first and second installment of the Dragon Age series will impact your play through in Inquisitions. This however is not done through a save file, instead you are presented with a questionnaire covering the many choices in the first two Dragon Age games which ultimately will shape how your play through will be in Inquisition.
