Slender: The Arrival coming to PS3 and Xbox 360 this month

Horror sequel Slender: The Arrival is coming to PS3 and Xbox 360 on September 23 and 24 respectively.

Originally released on Steam in October 2013, The Arrival is a sequel to the critically acclaimed first-person horror title Slender: The Eight Pages, an indie game born from a Something Awful meme.

As well as all the content from the PC version, the console port of The Arrival will also have "brand new story elements and features extended levels that continue to unfold the Slender Man mythos", according to publisher Midnight City.

This new content will be retrospectively added to the Steam version of the game and made available as a free download for existing owners of The Arrival.

The Arrival was developed as a collaborative project between four-man Toronto developer Blue Isle Studios and Parsec Productions, developer of the original.

Players wander through a number of abandoned locations (a house, a park, a mine and so forth), trying to find clues about the backstory of the mythical Slender Man while at the same time avoiding him as he pursues them.

The PS3 version will launch on the PlayStation Network on September 23 at a price of $9.99 (an EU price has yet to be confirmed).

The Xbox 360 version will then release on the Xbox Live Games Store on September 24, also at a price of $9.99.

I think a Slender game that is HD would be great and alot scary than the Original version.

I think I might have tried this on PC a while ago. Not sure if it was it. If it was though, it was terrible. Another same old zombie game.
