Xbox Live service alert hits Xbox One, Friends lists, Game Invites down

Here's what the latest Xbox Live service alert does say: "Xbox members, are you having trouble viewing the online state and activity of other users on your Friends list? As you read this message, we’re doing our best to get things back to normal right away. Thanks for your patience and feel free to check back in 30 minutes for an update."

The alert may stop you doing one or all of the following while playing games on Xbox 360 and Xbox One: Managing friends lists and tracking what friends are doing

With the release of Minecraft Xbox One today all we can do is blame 4J Studios and Mojang at this time.



Update
We’re aware that some of you are having a tough time uploading and viewing Game DVR clips while others are unable to view the online state and activity of other users on their Friends list. You can rest assured knowing that we’re diligently working to correct both of these issues as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience in the meantime, Xbox members! Another update is coming your way in half an hour.

Both of you need to be nicer, nothing is perfect. Including Microsoft, but they are better than some other companies when it comes to things like server management and server protection.

Its happened twice this month, its usually once every 6 months tbh

Ive had no problems in the last 24 hours or so, i don't know what half these ppl are on about, im in the first wave of dashboard betas, if anyone was going to have probs i think it would be me! maybe its their crappy internet not Microsoft! The only prob ive had in the last few days is that mine craft wasn't showing the discounted price for me, after a few phone calls and 24 hours passing since its release and still no fix, Microsoft gave me minecraft for xbox one for free!
