Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare multiplayer video looks at Supply Drops

4.6
Activision has released a new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare multiplayer gameplay video.

The three-minute flick offers a look at the game's supply drop mechanic, with narration from Sledgehammer Games co-founder Michael Condrey.

This is the first new glimpse of Advanced Warfare's multiplayer mode since it was unveiled at a special event in August.

Advanced Warfare will add exoskeleton-enabled abilities, more customization options, and several new modes to its multiplayer battles.

The futuristic exoskeleton that every soldier brings into battle is responsible for the most fundamental additions to the game. On top of the standard suite of maneuvers, players can boost jump, dodge, dash, slide, and slam into opponents.

The Call of Duty Advanced Warfare release date is November 4 on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Wavves Carbon coppy of what BF4 did last year. It's only new to the COD players, not an entirely new concept.

lolno

Battlepacks and Supply Drops are only related in the "random loot" aspect. Supply Drops are a lot more related to CS cases in the way they give you rare weapons, skins etc through normal play which isn't how Battlepacks work. (I said skins, not same patterned camos in slightly different shades of green and black, BF4 fanboys) Not only that, but Battlepacks are earned through ranking up, whereas Supply drops are earned just by playing the game(again, back to CS similarities)

So before you go rant about something like this, you'd might want to do you're research.. unless you want to make yourself look stupid.

There is playlists without the exo skeleton and the abilities. Chill people. If you wanna play old style cod, you can play those playlists.

I dislike this idea. All it's gonna be is people that sit on the game 24/7 getting all the best things but people like me who work 5/6 days a week and only get a few hours on CoD, we're stuck with the bare basics.

I dislike how they're rewarding people with things just because they sit on the game 24/7 and don't do anything else.

But I don't see this really changing anything. The people that game 24/7 usually suck anwyays ( I've played CoD for 5+ years, above average player by far ) and even now in games like Ghosts, kids have like 100 days played and all they do is sit in corners with 0.5 kdrs and 0.1 win/loss. I can still outgun all these and finish top of score with a 5kdr. Simply an extra gun advantage won't do anything over kids who can't play CoD and are too scared to leave their corner to even try and shoot.

So they emphasize on customization... but do they not remember the fan favorite call of duties were the ones with least customization? Cod4 and Mw2? Sounds like it's becoming to much now.

i am not very excited for this game. it could be good but i doubt it.

Looks like these supply drops are just are rip off of counter-strike cases minus the trding and selling of weapons and the keys though.
