Xbox One camo controller and headset

4.6
Microsoft will release new 'Armed Forces' special editions of its Xbox One controller and wireless headset in US this October.

The controller and headset, priced at at $64.99 and $89.99 respectively, will come with a "modern camouflage pattern and military look" adorning their outer shell.

The controller will have a 'Metallic chrome' d-pad, but both units will otherwise be functionally identical to the regular offerings.

Microsoft is yet to set a specific day of release in October, and it's unclear how limited supplies may be.

Being honest it doesn't look camo to me.

DeluxeHazard I still prefer the solid matte black controller.

I feel the same way. The matte black controller of the Xbox One looks great!

Doesn't look too bad I suppose still prefer the normal one though.

Waste of money. Why would anyone want some generic looking camo, I'm guessing they'll add to the range but so far it's not very impressive, especially when there are companies out there that'll skin your console in any colour you want.

As for the headset, it'd be a better move to save your money and buy a Turtle Beach Stealth X500 wireless when it finally releases for Xbox one.

Saw this and it looks pretty cool.
But Like Polygon like a money grabber since its just a skin.

Not sure why you'd want to spend more on a basic camo'd controller?
Seems a little, meh?
I'm sure people will still buy it though - doesn't look to bad I guess.

Doesn't look like anything too special in my opinion, however it comes down to personal preferences. I am sure many people would want to buy a headset and/or controller with this camouflage.

I'm fine with just the regular controller. They both do the same thing, no reason to spend extra money on it.
