Rockstar apologizes for Online Heists delay in GTA Online

The Online Heists feature was supposed to hit Grand Theft Auto Online in the spring, but it's nearly summer and no dice. Fans have been clamoring for the co-op mission madness of Online Heists, and Rockstar addressed those cries in a comment on the "I'm Not a Hipster" update post:

"We know many fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the Online Heists that we had planned to release for you this spring, and they are taking more time to create than originally anticipated. We are very sorry for the delay, and are working hard to bring them to you as soon as we can. Please know that we are focused as always on making the best possible content for you to play and we are thankful to all of you for your patience, understanding and support. Stay tuned for more information on that as well as lots of other ongoing content updates, enhancements and additions to the world of GTA Online that are on the way."

There's no word yet on when exactly the feature will be implemented, but it sounds like the team at Rockstar is making it one of their heist priorities.

Heists are overhyped, I can't wait too see all the hate/negative feedback Rockstar get when they are released.

Already sold my game, after all the push backs its still a stupid overhyped unfinished game


How is it an unfinished game? Lets call every game unfinished. Every game comes out with content. Fallout 3. Call of Duty. Borderlands. Just everything. GTA V campaign was done completely, wasn't the best but was a good campaign nonetheless. Online is just like everything else, they come out with add-ons. Smh.

Call of Duty goes around adding 4-5 maps for $15, at least GTA V hasn't made all their add-ons for money, all free.


I rather wait months to get bug free heists then get two heists that are not even fun. I dislike kids like you muddy
