Far Cry 4 PS4 players can invite friends without the game

Sony made the announcement at its E3 media briefing Monday - it's not clear if this offer will apply to any of the game's other platforms.

The Far Cry 4 release date is set for November 18 in North America and November 21 in Europe on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot recently said he expects the game to perform even better than Far Cry 3, which has sold nine million copies since it released in December 2012.

Guillemot has also said Far Cry 4 will include "a lot more multiplayer" than its predecessor.

From what I understand is that your Friends can play exclusively with you. For example if you want them to join in it will download a part of the game for them and they can only play it when they are with you in the game. It is a type of game sharing. It's really need if it works out that well but it might stop some people from buying the full game if they can just play certain parts with their friends.
