Seems legit. Possibility because of a flashed xbox allowing you to get the game early but you more than likely don't have it.
But other than that I thought they delayed this game multiple times! Can't wait till the game comes out!
A lot of people has it. They are putting out a launch update, Maybe that'll help.

I am really looking forward to playing this on my Xbox One. It looks like a really fun game and one that has a decent story mode.
Right now the only games I have to play on my Xbox One are NBA, Ghosts, and Battlefield which I have been playing since November.
