MS announces CoD DLC exclusivity deal being extended for next title

4.3
As most gamers who even glance by Call of Duty know that DLC for the series has long been released one month sooner on Xbox platforms than it's counterparts, this will continue to be the case with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. This news was confirmed via Microsoft's Xbox Wire service within a new posting.

I am getting tired of exclusives. I wish next console would be a console made by MS and Sony. I mean it won't happen but it would be so much better. Then consoles would finally beat PC. Lol but before you hate a I am a xbox and a PC gamer and I had all the play stations except for the 4 so I am not a fanboy. But Ben if a I was I don't see what the big deal would be. Just think 100 vs 100 on the ps and xbox mixed up would be sick on battlefield. Ok I am done.

I thought Sony would have had the privilege of getting it first as they have sold more consoles but still I own a Xbox one so Im happy.

Why not release them all together? Logic haha.

NatusVincere Like playing a DLC one month before someone really matters.

it does, a lot can happen in a month

I wish the DLCs would come out at the same time. I hate the fact of having to wait. This really pushes me, and other people, to not buy Advanced Warfare.

Even when I had an Xbox I thought this was stupid, just release it all together?

I wish they release it the same time on all platforms.

As usual, I would have expected this anyways.

Oasis Obvious this was gonna happen again. Shouldn't this be in the Xbox news section anyway?

Yeah, that's what I thought. Microsoft will obviously buy over the devs to ensure they keep the exclusive early-dlc rights.
(And yeah, it shouldn't really be in Tech News)
