From Software, the minds behind the Dark Souls franchise, have had 80% of their company's stock bought up by Japanese publisher Kadokawa Shoten this week while the deal has been described as a vital step for both parties to expand their global reach and capabilities. This news was gleaned from the purchasing party's, Kadokawa Shoten, most recent earning report following a press release from both companies.
