PlayStation Now enabled Sony TVs launching in June

4.4
Sony has announced plans to launch the first range of PlayStation Now enabled Bravia televisions in North America this June.

The Bravia 4K Ultra HD TV line-up consists of nine models priced between $2,099 (49-inch) and $24,999 (85-inch). Users will be able to connect DualShock 3 controllers to the TVs to play streamed PS3 games.

Revealed at CES in January, PS Now will initially stream PS3 games (other platforms to follow) to PlayStation systems, Bravia TVs and, in the future, other Sony and non-Sony devices.

Sony will launch the service in North America this summer. It has been reported that the PS Now European launch won't occur until the first quarter of 2015.

PS Now will enable customers to rent individual games or pay for full library access via a yet to be confirmed subscription fee. In mid-March, game rental options were spotted on the US PS Store, seemingly confirming that the service will let users stream rented titles for one, seven or 30 days.

For a "low latency, high-quality gaming experience", Sony recommends that PS Now users have at least a 5Mbps connection.

That's not a bad price for a 4k tv.
I might finally pick one up, the only problem is the current lack of 4k content.

Can't wait until Summer comes around! I'll be getting my PS4 just in time for this.
