Watch Dogs for the Wii U finally given release window

Ubisoft has finally and officially confirmed that Watch Dogs will release on the Wii U sometime in fall 2014; while this isn't a pinned down release date it is certainly better than "sometime soon". Back in March Ubisoft announced that their upcoming megahit Watch Dogs would enjoy a May 27th release date for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC but the pesky Wii U. Reason the Wii U delay was given by Watch Dogs' creative director, Jonathan Morin, when he spoke out that their need to devote additional staff members to the Wii U version's development as just a matter of "logistics. and thus caused the delay.

It'd be really cool on the Wii U if you can play it with your body. Like the Kinect. Otherwise I don't see this doing very good.

I don't understand why they would make it for the Wii U. I think it's just a waste of time, as well as a waste of money.

Because things can happen and then that exact date they gave out becomes a lie. Which is why they don't. Just look at Bioshock Infinite for example.

That would be because they don't have an exact release date... they are obviously saying this as based on how development is going they can say it will be released some time around then, they can't just guess what exact date it will be ready on this early and even if they did and it wasn't going to be ready on time and they had to delay it, you would then be moaning that they delayed it and shouldn't say a date if it's not going to be ready.
