Xbox Head Phil Spencer talks about Xbox One launch in video interview

As some of you may recall Microsoft recently named former head of Microsoft Game Studios, Phil Spencer, to be the new lead of the entire Xbox Division. In a recent video interview with Major Nelson he went on to admit that some of the early decisions made surrounding the Xbox One by Microsoft were not wise. Within the interview he admitted that some gamers unfortunately have grown a strange hatred towards Microsoft and their console; he went on to say that this had hurt him personally to a great extent. He feels that Xbox One sales are going strong and with him at the helm they'll only get better.
There is a lot of learning that I did as a leader in the organization, when I just heard how our message resonated with people and some of the decisions that we made, that I think were actually the wrong decisions, and we had to revisit those decisions.Phil Spencer

No it doesn't lol gaming has always been first but as the console has always been for games so they don't need to tell you its a games console. When they bring new features they need to push them and let everyone know what they are which they have done and now they can bring it back to new games.
