Demonoid back from the dead after two years

4.7
The trouble popular BitTorrent website, Demonoid, has finally returned after nearly two years of forced downtime. The last publicly known standing of the site was that their domains were up for sale while the physical servers were seized by the Ukrainian government. Government issues aside the torrent site was victim to both heavy DDoS attacks, hackers, and malware injection issues prior to their untimely downtime. According to Demonoid admins the site has switched over to a cloud-based hosting service and reworked the back end to ensure future malware injections don't occur. Even though the site's development team is actively working on nailing down bugs, normal users can login with their pre-existing accounts.

Fuzzeh_X Didn't this site use to have like a special invite or you could only sign up for like a day out of a year or something? Either way I remember it being pretty cool.

Yes, but each user had 3-5 invites they could distribute, if any of the users that used your links got warnings or bans you would receive some kind of punishment too.

Just done a little check, but it seems now I can download torrents without needing to log in

I can't believe they're resuming the business, if it was my website, I would leave it be, because they could get in bigger trouble.

I can't believe that they're back, they were my favorite torrent sharing site.
