Yes it does, world of tanks is also on PC and he is stating that it is better on PC then on Xbox.
OT: I still need to try world of tanks on my Xbox.

Ah the typical peasant. You can easily get a decent rig for about $500. Console peasants have to be restricted to a controller because they are not educated enough to use a keyboard and mouse. They like to play their silly call of duty while pc players have access to more games and superior games with far more flexibility. Be warned everyone, the peasantry is high on this one.
