Titanfall bans being issued to cheaters

Titanfall studio Respawn Entertainment has started banning cheaters.

Following confirmation that the studio has started to issue bans, developer Jon Shiring took to Twitter to explain that anti-cheat detection measures had been active since the launch of the game.

In early March Respawn said it was working hard to eliminate Titanfall cheaters: "Finding cheaters in Titanfall? So are we. We're logging them now and they will be rooted out shortly."

Titanfall debuted at No.1 on the UK all formats chart on Monday after enjoying the biggest launch of 2014 to date.

The game drove a 96 per cent increase in UK Xbox One sales during the week ended March 15.

3OH3 I like how TTG is a (or at least used to be) and cheating/modding site and now everyone here seems to hate modding and cheating lol. Times have changed


cheat/modding in SP is alright to an extent but MP is a big NO. also TTG isn't a modding/cheating site it's a community gaming site. i thought we stopped using modding/cheating back in 2012?

Potion good to hear this, if you cheat you deserve to be banned. This game is too good for that, go cheat on COD or something.


Lol yeah, send all the cheaters to CoD and leave Titanfall alone.

Who doesn't like modding? Especially on borderlands 2 it's epic fun and it's legal there.

Also modding for older cods such as WAW and cod4

Why would you want to cheat in that game, It's still a new game and it's alot of fun to play legit.
