Titanfall to require 840MB day one update

4.3
If you decided to purchase a physical copy of Titanfall, it is your lucky day you are the proud winner of a fantastic 840MB day one update. While this isn't too much of a patch compared to Dead Rising's mega 13GB update it will still delay you from experiencing Titanfall. Titanfall launches for Xbox One and PC this Tuesday, March 11th.

Aftercast I'm probably going to have to buy another hard drive for this game.

You really shouldn't need one 840 mb is barely 1 gb, not that much space.

Resort Thats crazy the game it self is already a lot of storage

I don't see why the game needs that much space though since it is multiplayer only, not even single player.

VIT This is very good news, it shiws how they worked out what thy shoukd take out, and fixed any issues before the game release, so it's definitly worth it.

They really aren't showing much with not having a single player mode.

Do you even pay attention to anything about this game?
This is probably the most ignorant comment I've seen in a while.

You realise the entire point of Titanfall being MP only is that the stats speak for themselves. Out of all of the people who bought AAA shooters similar to this, less than half even accessed the SP portion of the games, with less than 15% actually completing the SP portion.
This is where Titanfall stepped up to say "Why bother?"... Correct, why bother wasting resources, time and effort into something that the majority do not bother with? This is why they kept to MP only.

agreed why waste time on a SinglePlayer that wont get played

I play single player, my friends play single player I know a lot of people who play single player, if you ever played Gears of War you would understand that if they made single player multiplayer like then a lot of people would play SP. I don't care about stats I highly doubt that is counting "EVERY GAMER WHOEVER PLAYED A SHOOTING GAME" and if it is who cares put single player in for the hell of it, it is a new game show some respect for it and work hard on it.
