Dark Souls 2 PC system requirements outlined

Earlier this week Namco Bandai confirmed the exact Dark Souls 2 PC released date and PC specifications. The title arrives for the PC on April 25th a week after the March 11th North American PS3 and Xbox 360 release.

The exact PC requirements can be found below:

Minimum:

OS: Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8
Processor: AMD Phenom II X2 555 3.2Ghz or Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo E8500 3.17Ghz
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT, ATI Radeon HD 5870
Hard Drive: 8 GB available space
Sound Card: Compatible with DirectX 9.0c or higher

Recommended:

OS: Windows 7 SP1
Processor: Intel Core i3 2100 3.10GHz or AMD A8 3870K 3.0GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 465 or higher, ATI Radeon HD 6870 or higher
Hard Drive: 8 GB available space
Sound Card: Compatible with DirectX 9.0c or higher

Genetics Don't need to upgrade, definitely going to buy this game

yeah i might get it too. I don't need to upgrade either.

Game doesn't require much where you need a decent gaming computer.

Or just a decent laptop, my laptop that is all stock nothing else that I got for Christmas could run this game no problem.

Mines is way above requirements.

I think my computer will be able to run this at a decent fps.

The minimum requirements are so low. Even the recommended requirements are pretty low. Will be good for those with good gaming PC's. Although, I honestly would expect PC games to have higher requirements now.

Yui Way above the recommended specs, could defiantly run this game perfect.

Yeah, I love running games on ultra. Feels like a movie at times or real. Especially Skyrim with enhancement mods.
