Xbox One March update to address 50hz issues

4.3
Microsoft is slated to add a manual 50hz option during the Xbox One March system update, this is intended to assist games in Europe and other PAL territories with TV integration problems.

From various reports leaking out from users beta testing the update the new changes will allow Xbox One owners to manually switch between 50hz and 60hz modes via the system menu to hopefully allow smoother television viewing. While this system tweak will be welcomed by PAL gamers but it is unclear at this time if it is a actual solution or a "patch" for a much deeper problem. The root issue here was 'juddering' picture while viewing PAL television broadcasts, it is believed to be caused by the console's native 60hz refresh rate.

Have you PAL gamers ran into this issue yourselves?

most people i know never had this problem, but for the ones who did, it must of been tough.

My friend said that the problem was a rare issue, but a lot of people did get it in fact. At least they are fixing it though, it could of been like the RRoD.

Yeh it's good they are fixing it and not letting it continue for ages.

I disagree it's called #Active posting 111 a day, all I see is the same type of post everywhere.
