Studio responsible for several Sony ports developing current-gen edition

Respawn Entertainment founder Vince Zampella has confirmed that the Xbox 360 edition of Titanfall has been ported by an external studio.

Taking to Twitter, Zampella confirmed that Texas based studio Bluepoint Games will be handling the current gen edition of the multiplayer shooter.

Bluepoint Games is responsible for a number of first-party Sony HD upgrades, including the God of War collection and the Ico / Shadow of Colossus PS3 pack.

The studio was also responsible for porting Flower and PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale to the PS Vita.

Zampella also confirmed today that Titanfall will enter a beta period on Xbox One and PC, with more details promised later this week. It will follow a limited access multiplayer trial last week.

Titanfall releases for Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC on March 11.
