Knew it! Rumor says that if you don't have a Xbox One yet, wait until the normal edition is available in your area, apparently MS rushed the Day One edition to meet demand but obviously it didn't work out too well.

feel bad for this guy he probably was so exited to play the xbox one and then this happened
if Microsoft an Sony stop fighting with each other to see who could release their console first an actually put time an effort into their consoles then they wouldn't be selling consoles with faults on the first day of sales, and it would be different if this was the only console out of the amount sold on the release day but i have seen multiple videos with the same problem and in my opinion its not good enough for the amount of money payed!
