PS4: DualShock 4 works with Xbox 360, according to this footage

PlayStation 4′s DualShock 4 controller has been recorded working with Xbox 360. The YouTuber who made it happen can be seen playing Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 using Sony’s pad on Microsoft’s console.

YouTuber RageBeefSA claims that the above video was made possible using, “a combination of JoyToKey, a Cronus Device, and Cronus Bullseye software,”

It seems to be quite a versatile controller indeed. This DualShock 3 and 4 comparison video shows the device in more intimate detail.

PS4 launches November 15 in the States and from November 29 across the UK, Europe and other territories.

It works because Xbox supports a variety plug and play controllers. Since the DS4 controller has plug and play onboard to work on PC, it allows it to work on a 360. Nothing special. This was obvious.

It does work i bought a Dualshock 4 controller today at EB Games yes they are on sale i swear to god i bought it. It works Great :)

How? and why? I highly doubt people are going to choose Dual shock over the Xbox controller. It looks nice, but it wouldn't feel right using it on an Xbox.
